2. Data processed when you visit the website
This website is for information only: it has no forms or customer area, uses no cookies and includes no analytics, advertising, videos, embedded maps or social media buttons. Fonts and images are served from the website’s own server, so your browser does not connect to other companies while you browse it.
As with any website, to deliver the pages the server receives technical connection data: IP address, browser type, the page requested, and the date and time. The hosting provider may log this data for a limited time to keep the website secure and available.
- Hosting provider: Cloudflare, Inc. (Cloudflare Workers), acting as data processor (its privacy policy).
- Legal basis: legitimate interest in keeping the website secure and working (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
- Retention: as long as the provider keeps its technical logs. We do not use this data to identify you or to build profiles.
- If the provider processes data outside the European Economic Area, it must do so with the safeguards in Chapter V of the GDPR (for example, the EU-US Data Privacy Framework or standard contractual clauses).
3. If you message us on WhatsApp, call or email us
The appointment buttons open WhatsApp with our number and no pre-written message. The website does not send any of your data to WhatsApp: it is up to you whether to message us.
If you contact us, we process:
- your phone number and the name shown on your WhatsApp profile;
- your email address, if you email us;
- whatever you tell us (for example, the day that suits you for a visit or what your kitchen is like).
| Purpose | To answer your enquiry, arrange your showroom appointment and, if you ask, prepare a quote. |
|---|---|
| Legal basis | Steps taken at your request before entering into a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR). |

| Recipients | We do not share your data with third parties unless required by law. |
WhatsApp is a service of WhatsApp Ireland Limited, which processes your account and conversation data as an independent controller under its privacy policy. That policy also explains any transfers of data outside the European Economic Area. If you would rather not use WhatsApp, you can contact us using the details in section 1.
4. Links to Google Maps
The “View on map” and “See our reviews on Google” links open Google Maps. This website loads nothing from Google until you click one of them; from then on, Google Ireland Limited processes your data under its privacy policy.
5. Cookies
We do not use cookies or similar technologies. See our Cookie policy.
6. Your rights
You can ask us at any time for:
- Access: to know whether we process your data and to receive a copy.
- Rectification: to correct inaccurate data.
- Erasure: to delete your data when it is no longer needed.
- Objection to, and restriction of, processing.
- Portability: to receive your data in a commonly used format.
